General Counsel for a 29-site, global company privately-held by The Carlyle Group and GTCR. Curia performs contract research, development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical active ingredients, drug substance and drug product in both small and large molecule sectors with revenue of $1B+. In this role, she oversees a team of attorneys and paralegals who are responsible for all transactions (commercial, procurement, real estate, capital projects, economic development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures), intellectual property, legal compliance, disputes, employment and labor, and the legal aspects of functions such as environmental health and safety, finance and tax, site operations, and quality and regulatory compliance. Corporate Secretary to a 14-member Board of Directors, a member of several Curia subsidiary boards globally, and oversees the corporate governance of over forty legal entities. Co-founded and continues to co-lead both Curia’s Environmental, Social and Governance Program (ESG) and its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative (DE & I).
