As a Senior Operations Manager I am responsible for the successful execution of projects through the effective supervision of the Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents and Superintendents. I have the first line supervisory authority over subordinate staff to include hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training and development. In addition, I participate in the development and execution of annual plans, including the regional budget.I oversee all the Operations tasks including review of projects to determine scope of work, schedule requirements and estimate overruns, create installation schedule and manpower loading schedule, release and procure materials for project including installation materials, coordinate subcontractors work and contracts, and preparation of monthly billings and cost projections.
