   Building the ship while sailing it…” Simultaneously built an R&D team, developed 2 devices, and a new line of serums. Instilled a philosophy of “Progress over Perfection” directing cross-functional teams to remove the barriers that stifle results- Chartered a product pipeline of future AWS cloud-connected products that fully engage clients in the Hydrafacial Nation- Established a research pipeline, team, and process deeply engaging the cross-functional team in our core technologies- Implemented user centered research and design in Product Management and R&D to accelerate product development timelines while ensuring successful product experiences- Directed the accelerated 1.5-year development of the first ever connected Hydrafacial capital device, Syndeo. Provided cross-functional oversight of all disciplines to bring this Class I medical device to market along with the Class II LED panel- Directed the accelerated 1-year development of the first ever home device, also connected. Provided cross-functional oversight of all disciplines to bring this consumer device and consumables to a pilot launch- Accomplished “Clean” standards through the development of 9 new serums, boosters, and peels- Built a 14 person R&D Team of Mechanical Engineers, Program Managers, Mechanical & Electrical Technicians, a Fluidics PhD, an Electrical Engineer, and an Industrial Designer.
