In my practice, leadership is not merely about directing but facilitating processes that harness the collective capabilities of all team members.My professional focus is on enhancing equity in education through comprehensive technical assistance and strategic project management. I view learning supports as interconnected systems rather than isolated components. This holistic approach ensures that educational initiatives comprehensively address all aspects of student development, including academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a published author and Ph.D. candidate in Education, I am committed to continually integrating the latest research and best practices into my work. My projects weave together critical elements such as Response to Intervention (RTI), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) within a robust multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) framework. I emphasize the importance of mental health awareness, parental engagement, and innovative teaching methods, fostering an educational environment that promotes inclusivity and equality. I am dedicated to building capacities and empowering educators and stakeholders to continue advocating for equitable education practices.
