Lead this non-profit that works with populations living at or below the poverty level to deliver financial assistance, food programs and other fundamental services. This includes all functions including organizational management, operations, program management, fundraising/development, PR and events, finance and donor management. Provide an average of services annually. Provide as many as instances of Financial Assistance annually. Secure grants and donations as well as work with referral partner organizations to fund our rent, hotel and utilities programs for people in crisis. Assess client needs and distribute as much as to help them remain stably housed. Manage Food Programs providing over services annually. Distribute about lbs. of food through our pantry to people annually; provide 5,400 lbs. of fresh produce to 1400 people; serve an additional families through mobile pantries; provide holiday meals to 100 families; connect dozens of families to summer food programs. Deliver Fundamental Services annually. Provide back packs with supplies to students K-12; support community events benefitting of residents; sponsor 15 school events; help dozens of families get furniture for their homes; organize Shop with a Cop and Angel Tree programs benefitting as many as 300 students for the holidays.
