About Stacia Sobieski
I am an art director and graphic designer who has worked for a diverse range of clients throughout my 15+ years in the creative industry, including numerous well-known brands and creative boutique agencies. A long history of collaboration with some of New York\'s most talented photographers and stylists has given me the ability to adapt to and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments. Recently, in search of learning new skills and staying \"hands-on\", I\'ve been turning my eye toward prop design and styling. My love of color, beauty and design is further inspired by extensive travel and gardening. SKILLS • Concept development, art direction, and design of print and digital marketing materials including catalogs, print collateral, ads, POP, emails, and web • Completion of creative work that is on strategy, within budget, and on schedule • Photo art direction of fashion, lifestyle, tabletop, large set, and location photography, including the sourcing and supervision of photographers, models, and stylists • Responsible for client presentation, layout, production, and photo editing through all stages of project development through final pre-press checks • Supervision/management of staff art directors, designers, freelance illustrators, and interns • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Capture One
