Develop and deliver conceptual and API documentation, and collaborate with designers for UI/UX, for AWS cloud services. What brings me joy is deeply understanding my customers, and representing them to champion ways that they can use AWS services easily and successfully to address their real world problems, through docs, UI, and service integrations. Translating complex tech concepts and services into organized, accessible, straightforward information that is quickly and easily consumed by customers is a top priority and skill. I especially thrive on creating and shipping content for brand new services from the ground up, as well as improving and simplifying current docs and UI, for feature updates and improved customer experience. AWS services supported include or have included: Global Accelerator (performance acceleration and security at the edge), CloudFront (Amazon\'s CDN), Route 53 (AWS DNS and registrar service), ARC (recovery/resilience failover service), and CloudWatch Network Monitoring (performance/availability monitoring service for AWS apps\' internet, hybrid, and on-prem traffic).
