Support development and delivery of Q2’s immigration program and activities. Responsible forensuring a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience while supporting the global talent footprint of our employees. Responsible for mobility program compliance, supplier partner oversight as well as influence program structure and policies to ensure consistent management and engagement of stakeholders and market best practices.Manage all aspects of global immigration and work authorization across the United States, Canada, India, United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico. Create and maintain effective policies and identify gaps and areas of improvement.Manage and maintain collaborative relationships with legal, mobility and immigration partners. Serve as point of contact for day-to-day questions regarding immigration, relocation, and processes from internal stakeholders. Build and maintain mobility trackers and process documentation regarding international assignment, relocation, and transfer programs. Ensure and maintain immigration data is accurately maintained in Workday and other systems and work in conjunction with the broader Human Resources team advising on immigration compliance and audits when needed.Support international and domestic relocation cases in close collaboration with Legal, Finance, HR, and Recruiting.Provide general information, education, ongoing training/updates to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Senior Leaders, and employees as it relates to immigration requirements and/or relocation benefits.Assist with I-9 completion, remote re-verification, and record maintenance. Assist with administration of employee health benefit programs and billing processes.
