I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of Community Insights Consulting, where I partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to turn insight into action. My work centers on amplifying family and caregiver voices, strengthening literacy initiatives, and building practical strategies that foster meaningful engagement between families, schools, and communities.With a background in educational leadership, nonprofit management, and qualitative research, I bring both professional expertise and personal passion to helping organizations better understand and serve the families they work with. My doctoral research focuses on community-based book distribution programs and the vital role of shared reading in supporting early childhood development; work that continues to inspire how I approach consulting and program evaluation.At Community Insights Consulting, I support organizations through:Family & Community Engagement Strategies-building authentic, strengths-based partnerships.Literacy Program Support & Evaluation-designing and assessing book distribution and reading initiatives.Research Design & Program Evaluation-translating caregiver and community experiences into actionable insights.I believe that lasting change happens when we truly listen to families and communities, and then act on what we learn.
