About Staci Armao
My career journey has been anything but linear, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. From performing in theater to supporting leaders as an executive assistant, leading small youth development non-profits, and eventually moving into the human resources space, I’ve worn many hats—and learned something valuable from each one. This broad experience shaped my ability to adapt, problem-solve, and connect with people in meaningful ways. A co-worker once described me as a “jack of all trades,” leveraging my versatility to tackle whatever challenges come my way.It was during my time in the non-profit world that I discovered my passion for creating healthy organizational cultures where people feel valued and supported. Whether streamlining operations, championing employee well-being, coaching or implementing programs that foster connection and recognition, my goal is always the same: to help organizations thrive by investing in their people and to leave things better than when I arrived.I love collaborating with others who share my vision of making sure people, whether employees or those an organization serves, are supported. Let’s connect and make a positive impact together!Fun Facts About Me: I am a big fan of music and am a member of The Ukelele Orchestra of the Western Hemisphere. My brother and I are currently on a mission to see many of the bands in concert that we missed when we were younger! I love to travel and was an exchange student in Australia for a year in high school - life-changing! I prioritize meaningful connection with friends/family and enjoy organizing interesting experiences. I have rappelled from a cliff, tried tango, and spent a month learning Italian in a small hill town in Tuscany.
