LVHN Fitness offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, integrated sports medicine and training services, a full complement of group fitness classes, individualized training and fitness assessments provided by exercise physiologists, certified group fitness instructors and licensed massage therapists. LVHN Fitness facilitates healthy lifestyles for members of the Lehigh Valley community recovering from injury or illness, seeking to maintain fitness, or striving for new levels of athletic achievement, in a safe, inclusive environment.
