1. Medtronic Planisware Office Leader

   Feb 2022 — Present

   Lead the PPM 2.0 Program and now the Medtronic Planisware Office – A company wide Project and Portfolio Management System Deployment, which improves accountability, visibility, project completion times and increases project benefits. Direct core team of over 180 team members across 10 different workstreams. Report out to C-suite on progress and at multiple forums for project management. • Lead multi-year functionality development and system deployment into Planisware. Went live on time with initial user groups and have 9k users and 30k project/programs. Influenced other groups to adopt Planisware including the Global IT group, Global Service, and multiple Operating Units.• Lead the Business Case work for a company-wide long-term PPM System, completed requirements gathering, VOC work, tool selection, business case documentation, and presented to C-suite. Received full leadership support of tool choice and deployment plan for Global Operations and Supply Chain. • Initial Deployment into Daisy (SQL -> Power Apps -> Power BI). Moved from 8 legacy systems into one project management system. Nominated for Star of Excellence Award.
