With over 20 years of leadership experience, my expertise spans operations management, strategic planning, and team development, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.Throughout my career, I’ve honed skills in-Scaling businesses through innovative operational strategies-Building high-performing teams that thrive in a culture of collaboration-Developing programs that enhance customer engagement and deliver meaningful experiencesMy journey at School of Rock has been about more than just business; it’s about empowering people through the transformative power of music. I’m passionate about fostering environments where both students and employees can grow, learn, and achieve their full potential.Prior to my role at School of Rock, I gained valuable experience at Huntington Learning Centers and Goddard Schools, where I sharpened my skills in multi-unit management, customer service strategies, and team development. This foundation has equipped me to lead with a balance of creativity, strategy, and operational rigor.In addition to my role as President, I’m a strong advocate for mentorship and leadership development, regularly engaging in initiatives that promote continuous learning and growth, particularly among women.
