ABOUT STACEY RINNERT

With over 15 years of experience advising and supporting executives to create alignment against shared strategy, goals and objectives, I am passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals and deliver value to their customers. I have a background serving as a Chief of Staff and Director of an Enterprise Project Management Office to meet strategy realization. I am an agile leader who builds strong partnerships and high-performing teams to deliver outstanding business results. As the Director of Operations at NCM Associates, I lead our project management, corporate communications, and operational analytics functions to identify opportunities for improvement to achieve operational goals, develop standard operating policies (SOP\'s) and support M&A integrations.I have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating strategic processes, and executing business-critical initiatives. I’ve worked in television production, advertising and marketing, software development & implementation, information technology, higher education, health insurance, and automotive consulting.
