   Implement and manage the BC/DR and Crisis Management programs enterprise-wide in the Northeast Region by working with the Regional President and Business Unit Vice-Presidents and Directors.• Work with Northeast Region leadership team to coordinate Crisis Management and disaster recovery initiatives for major events including Hurricanes Sandy (2012), Irene (2011), Isabel (Sep 2003), The Power Outages (Aug 2003) and September 11, 2001 as well as smaller incidences/ events.• Act as a primary point of communication to the executive management team regarding the status of the enterprise-wide recovery effort.• Serve as AT & T [Mobility] liaison to Governors\' Staff at the State Emergency Operations Centers.• Program managed the collection and reporting of labor, expenses and capital expenditures after major events. Supported the end-to-end insurance claim process including providing presentations to claims adjustors and insurance carriers; efforts resulted in more than $30M financial recovery.• Developed and implemented insurance claim process that reduced the claim submission and reimbursement time by approximately six months.• Initiated and managed relationships, and coordinated AT & T\'s participation, with business and government entities including FEMA the NYC OEM, the NJ OHSDP, the NJ BPU and the Business Executives for National Security (BENS).• Planned, scripted and conducted AT & T [Mobility] Enterprise-wide functional exercises engaging up to 325 participants. Coordinated engagement in the 2008 FEMA National Level Exercise and the 2005 Department of Homeland Security TOPOFF Exercise. • Presented to high-profile key stakeholders and interested parties including NTT DoCoMo, the Wireless Advisors to the FCC Commissioners, the FCC Enforcement Bureau, members of BENS, members of the Securities Industry Association and multi-million dollar customers.
