Also provide the latest information on future policy developments, eligibility and entitlement guidance and cover all aspects of the end-to-end journey.

With around 15 years experience of working within Account Management roles, I have vast experience of managing key relationships within multiple sectors.Currently specialising in HE / FE student loan products to support a learners transition to Higher Education.Working with Higher Education Providers to deliver bespoke training and guidance on Policy & Application regulations, including eligibility and entitlement.A large part of my role is to develop and maintain key relationships, through face to face engagements and public speaking conferences with a multi disciplined workforce within the sector.I work with Higher Education and Further Education Providers within the South West of England and South Wales, as well as National Partners such as the Ministry of Justice, HMPPS, DfE, NASMA, HELOA & UniConnect.I represent SLC at both regional and national events and work with my providers to identify IAG gaps and come up with creative solutions to ensure that both providers and students have access to accurate IAG.I act as an escalation point for complex queries and produce / analyse MI to provide insight on application trends.I present at a variety of events, such as: Teacher & Advisory Conference’s, Student Support Seminars, FIS Webinar’s and various national and regional conferences. I also attend podcast interviews and attend regional and national forums to share insights and best practise.I work closely with other areas within SLC to develop resources, improve processes and share insights.
