About Stacey L.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a simple belief: education and opportunity have the power to change lives. When people have access to the right resources and are surrounded by individuals who care about their success, they can overcome obstacles, rise above challenges, and build meaningful futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.I am an executive leader with more than 16 years of experience guiding nonprofit, education, and community impact organizations through growth, transformation, and strategic expansion. My work has focused on strengthening organizations, building cross-sector partnerships, and developing strategies that expand opportunity and improve outcomes for the communities we serve. As Chief Executive Officer of HopeLink of Southern Nevada, I led a period of transformational growth, expanding the organization from a $1.2M operation to a $15M regional organization serving thousands of families across Southern Nevada. This growth allowed us to expand programs, increase staff capacity, and significantly broaden our community impact.Throughout my career, I have worked closely with boards of directors, government leaders, philanthropic partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen organizations and build sustainable systems that support education, housing stability, and economic mobility.Today, as Vice President of Philanthropy at Vegas Stronger, I focus on building strategic partnerships and philanthropic support that help individuals overcome addiction, mental health challenges, and barriers to stable housing and employment. Our work centers on helping people rebuild their lives and create lasting change for themselves and their families.I believe deeply in the power of collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and community partnership. The most meaningful progress happens when organizations, communities, and leaders come together around a shared commitment to opportunity and human potential.I welcome opportunities to collaborate with leaders and organizations working to strengthen communities, expand opportunity, and create lasting impact.
