   Designed and constructed a comprehensive compliance program. Full ownership and responsibility for every aspect of the program\'s development, including policy creation, training implementation, and ongoing monitoring & enforcement. • Established the Compliance, Risk, and Governance Committee, its formation, and development of all essential documentation, including the charter. Identified key stakeholders, defined the objectives and scope, and drafted documents to ensure clear governance, roles, & responsibilities. I currently Chair this committee. • Responsible for procuring a Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. This involved evaluating platforms and considering functionality, scalability, and integration capabilities. I oversaw the implementation process, working closely with IT, vendors, and stakeholders. I ensured a seamless integration, configured the platform to align with compliance needs, and provided training and support to end users. The GRC platform enhanced our ability to manage risks, streamline compliance processes, and monitor and report on regulatory activities effectively. • Developed and implemented the inaugural Annual Required Training Program within 8 months following the establishment of the compliance program. This involved designing the training curriculum, sourcing or creating appropriate training materials, coordinating with subject matter experts, and organizing training rollouts. By efficiently executing this initiative, I ensured that employees received training to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements. • Reviewed or created 43 policies within 6 months. This involved conducting comprehensive policy audits, assessing existing policies for gaps, and identifying areas for improvement. In cases where policies were lacking or nonexistent, I drafted and developed new policies. By completing this extensive policy review and creation initiative, I significantly strengthened the organization\'s compliance framework.
