We are a team of specialists, whose expertise are aligned to Babington’s key account strategic vision and are dedicated to maintaining and growing our commercial priorities.• To support the timely and effective mobilisation of new accounts through the co-ordination of project plans, ensuring that actions are allocated clearly and completed by agreed deadlines.• To deliver against any Apprentice recruitment requirements in the timescales and against the requirements agreed with the employer, providing high quality candidates• To provide accurate reporting against the Service Standards for each Key Account• To be responsible and provide a high-quality enrolment and onboarding process for all key account learners going onto an Apprenticeship qualification• To carry out compliant and high-quality enrolment of learners resulting in 6 week leaver rates of less than 15% and error rates less than 5%• Working closely across the Operational Division to ensure important qualification knowledge is given at enrolment stage including effective Skills Gap Analysis reviews. • Ensure that learners and employers have the highest satisfaction and a positive onboarding experience with Babington• To own individual performance and manage own caseload and diary management through effective tracking and organisational skills. • Plan and lead the onboarding and induction of learners, working with the wider business to submit accurate starts that are operationally viable and compliant (working at 0% rejection rate and ensuring timely submissions).• Lead on the coordination of learner progress data and financial information to present appropriately to the customer
