About Stacey Harris
Stacey Harris, General Superintendent with Consigli’s Portland, Maine office, manages the construction of large-scale commercial projects. From Bangor, Maine, Stacey earned a degree in civil engineering at the University of Maine, and an International MBA from Renssalear Polytechnic Institute where she studied in China and Italy and interned with IBM. Past construction management roles include work in Boston, Mass, where she managed the construction of a $250 million pharmaceutical lab. Other work in the New England market includes ImmuCell Corporation, Bates College, University of Maine and Maine Medical Center. Especially adept with Lean project management, Stacey’s professional expertise and passion is innovating construction through technology. In 2019, she was recognized by Plan Grid as a Tech Powered Superintendent and in 2020 named Autodesk Top 50 Construction Influencers for her commitment to progressing the industry through innovations solutions. Prior to that, she was honored with the 2014 Engineering and Innovation award—one of two awards given out nationally by Turner Construction—after taking the initiative to build her own database to automate daily construction reports. Chosen for her excellence in Consigli’s core values of passion, accountability and Raving Fans, Stacey was a member of Consigli’s 2019 Emerging Leaders class, in which she took part in a year-long training program providing skill development, personal development, training, social connections and knowledge for the company’s potential future leaders. Outside of work she is committed to giving back to the community. This is illustrated by her ongoing development of community service projects, and her role on the Board of Directors of University of Maine Alumni Association and past role on the Board of Advisors for MedRhythms LLC.
