   I lead Ace Hardware\'s Supply Chain efforts to improve vendor compliance related to On Time In Full shipments from Ace\'s domestic suppliers. My team implemented Ace\'s first monthly compliance monitoring and chargeback process, parterning with Merchandising and Replenishment Planning to drive improvements. I manage 20-30 of our highest volume suppliers, and lead supply chain assessments and process improvement activities directly with vendor representatives. We recently partnered with Traverse Systems on a comprehensive web-based tool to manage Inbound Load Quality from suppliers to Ace distribution centers, supporting a company-wide focus on receiving efficiency.
