As the oldest of 3 girls, you could say that I’ve been a natural-born leader and explorer from the very beginning. As the oldest, I got to experience a lot of firsts before my sisters and then give them coaching on how to avoid pitfalls, which has included everything from what houses gave out the best candy on Halloween to how to apply for a car loan. As time has passed, I have continued to seek opportunities that allow me to lean into my passion for leadership, as I have an innate drive to support and uplift others around me.Recently, I served as the Director of Project and Portfolio Management, where I drove visibility, streamlined processes, ensured accountability, and nurtured emerging leaders. My 10+ years in IT program leadership have been marked by a commitment to fostering strong, productive relationships within my teams.
