I oversee the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of this framework, aligning it with healthcare priorities and embedding it into frontline practice to drive real cultural change.Key achievements and focus areas: • Trained and empowered over staff across Soft FM roles to deliver consistent, compassionate, and high-quality patient experiences. • Integrated Voice of the Patient insights, action tracking, and clinical collaboration tools into a single framework, making the patient journey visible, measurable, and actionable. • Created Medirest-specific USPs within the Positive Impressions™ framework, now a core component of our commercial success, often cited in bids and client retention. • Successfully expanded the national Patient Experience Manager structure, establishing dedicated leads at large acute sites and community hospitals across the UK. • Award-winning programme: Winner of the PENNA Award (2022) and Finalist in the HSJ Awards (2025).This role allows me to combine strategic thinking with heartfelt delivery—bridging data, training, and people development to shape environments where patients, families, and staff feel valued and supported.
