   As an ITAM Analyst in Financial Operations, I manage all hardware assets and contribute to CMBD governance in support of lifecycle management, compliance and cost/spend optimization. To accomplish my role successfully, I work closely with every department in the company to verify service asset, and internal infrastructure inventory and verify configuration. I draw information from various departments to manage the creation of point of purchase and contract management records for hardware assets and internal infrastructure assets that are imported into ServiceNow (SNOW). I communicate closely with other departments to oversee the removal or merging of duplicate records from ServiceNow. I validate EOL, EOSL and EOR for hardware assets, verify deprovision reporting and close out the final task on deprovisions and verify customer service asset records, track ITAD workflows to certify completion, and manage an ITAD Records Archive. I assess reserved hardware asset records quarterly and track and provision the reacquisition of off-premises assets from clients. I reconcile third party maintenance provider invoices and audit invoiced assets for retention or removal. I produce the weekly hardware asset management (HAM) statical reports and analysis that are utilized company-wide for critical decision making. I assist accounting with accrual consideration and provide financial analysis for pricing, accounting and other departments which are relative to hardware, software and licenses.
