Our mission is to create inclusive environments where every person can live, learn, and thrive with dignity and independence.My role encompasses strategic oversight of agency operations, compliance, and growth — from program design and regulatory alignment to staff development and community partnerships. I work closely with our Executive Directors and leadership team to ensure high-quality service delivery within Kentucky’s Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) programs.At LucasaCare, we believe that care is most meaningful when it’s personal.
