As the Post-Production Manager for Ford Motor Company\'s in-house content studio, I oversee the entire post-production process and manage a talented team that includes remote, hybrid, and onsite members such as film editors, motion designers, and graphic designers. Our primary focus is on Global Dealer Training and Productivity projects. My responsibilities include ensuring that all aspects—such as previsualization, editing, color grading, animation, sound design, visual effects, and finishing—are completed on schedule with rapid turnaround times while maintaining high quality. I work closely with senior management, producers, directors, project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to maintain the project\'s creative vision, resolve technical issues, manage workflow to meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback. This ensures that the final product meets the highest quality standards before release.
