ABOUT STACEY SMITH
My passion lies with helping others. Liaising and Engaging with Employers and Training providers to help those within our Communities move into sustainable employment within the Care Sector at Affinity Trust. We manage a holistic integrated service approach through building and sustaining relationships with our partners to enable those seeking employment find hopefully a well suited role with ourselves. Previously I have delivered employability support within the Community to those with Disabilities & Health Conditions, and those that are NEET. I have in addition inspired prisoners and engaged with Employers within Custody. In earlier years I\'ve remained a highly - motivated and results orientated Manager within the Financial Corporate and Retail environment, I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service and advice to a broad range of clients including SME businesses and high profile clients. Citizenship is of vital importance and lays strongly within my own beliefs and values, I believe that we should work closely within our Community as we have a social responsibility to do so. During the last 23 years I have dedicated my time in a diverse range of Community and Charitable activities from facilitating Regional fundraising events and volunteering projects to developing the growth and skills of young and vulnerable adults.
