Hi, I’m Stacey.I work with veterinary professionals and hospitals across the US, helping connect great people with the right opportunities and making the recruitment process as straightforward as possible for both sides.Before joining Tempus, I spent over a decade working in the beauty industry and later moved into HR. Throughout that time, I always found myself most drawn to the recruitment side of the role. I found it more rewarding working with people to understand what motivates them, and helping them find the right environment to thrive in.When the opportunity at Tempus came up, it felt like a natural fit. It combined my experience in recruitment with two things I’ve always cared about: working with people and being around animals.Coming from an HR background, I understand how important the right cultural fit is alongside the technical skills someone brings to a role. I take the time to really understand what both clients and candidates are looking for, with a focus on building long term relationships with everyone I work with.I specialize in veterinary recruitment across California and Pennsylvania, supporting both practices and veterinary professionals in finding the right fit for their teams and careers.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dog, Bear, who is completely spoilt and very much the centre of my world. I’m also a huge country music fan and love live music in general. If there’s a concert or even a local band playing somewhere, I’ll probably be there.
