As Head of HR Operations, I lead a global team across two locations, focusing on enabling seamless international transfers for 50+ regions, implementing an immigration framework spanning 40+ countries, and driving the Annual Bonus cycle and Pay review at global scale. In my current role I have had the experience of setting up the HR Operations across service lines and building processes and teams in a GCC set up. Previous leadership roles in Global Mobility within APAC honed my strategic approach to senior stakeholder collaboration, process improvements, and cross-border mobility solutions. Certifications in Agile and IT Project Management underscore a commitment to modernizing HR strategies while prioritizing continuous improvement and organizational success.My passion for foreign languages and cultures has also helped me navigate through critical international assignments and help leaders and their families move across the globe. I have also has the amazing opportunity to work with teens and toddlers as an educator and mentor through my stint at Teach for India as a fellow and an Educator for Grade 11 & 12 IGCSE.
