I am a results-driven leader with over twenty years driving operational improvements and inspiring employees to do good work, better. I\'ve worked in a variety of vertical markets for organizations of various sizes. I believe that driving better outcomes in the customer-driven economy of today increases differentiation and customer loyalty.
