receiveCommunications and Technology company, replacing life expired SCADA systems. • Responsible for managing the delivery of design, installation and implementation of new SCADA equipment, testing, integration, commissioning and recoveries of 304 outstations. Identifying and managing any rail possessions / train depot requirements. Monitoring resources levels and building business cases to support delivery.• Lead the development of engineering solutions and plans requiring implementation to ensure successful delivery of activities, working closely with the level A’s, engineering and site management team.• Bug’s and defect management. Identifying requirements, assigning resources and monitoring close out to aid handback of the area post migration and recoveries.• Management of a complex and commercially challenging project, handling numerous scope creep / changes. Development and tracking of change requests.• Health and Safety compliance is adhered to, carrying out internal audits, and investigation lead.• Ensure compliance of client specific safety standards and procedures. • Production and maintenance of cost/resources loaded plans and P6 programmes. Identifying critical paths, and mitigation plans implemented to reduce impact to programme. • Setting up of reporting structure to ensure consistent message is delivered to client, internal CEO & senior management team. Tracked against the P6 programme, weekly movement, highlighting risks and escalations that would impact project delivery.• Working closely with Engineering and Software team to ensure all stage gate, safety / area safety case pre-requisites are met for entry into service requirements. • Delivery and management of software and config deployments for outstation deliverables.• Engaging and interfacing with multiple clients, 3rd party contractors ensuring clear communication channels are established to aid project delivery.
