My experience in a large International Corporation as well as fast paced, multifaceted distribution and manufacturing facilities brings over 25 years’ worth of knowledge through various leadership roles, such as; Business Unit Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Store Sales Plan and Steer Manager, Sales Manager and over 4 years of senior level management experience as well as sitting on several boards and strategic groups. I bring a long and successful record in management, building dynamic teams, controlling costs and maximizing resources, furthermore bringing expertise in establishing and implementing short and long term strategies as well as establishing strong partnerships with matrix organizations to achieve an overall healthy P&L. I have a demonstrated record of controlling costs while increasing customer satisfaction and profitability, along with securing best practices. I have found success in high growth and competitive environments with a proven record delivering projects on or ahead of schedule, at planned or below cost. My experience in a large multi-million dollar corporate environment in addition to years serving on a steering board has given me the scope and vision to create a highly efficient and integral perspective for any organization’s operation, by bringing competence in maximizing resources and increase service quality, as well as attract, develop, and inspire co-workers through human resource idea; enhancing a company’s overall reputation and vitality in the market.
