RSUs, RSAs, Performance based RSUs, SARs, NQSOs, and dividends. Internal compensation consulting, short term incentive design, accrual budgeting, long term incentive design, sales compensation design, job analysis, evaluation, job leveling architect, market pricing and survey management. Range development(traditional & broadband), merit budgeting, modeling, and performance management, including comprehensive annual planning tools on manual and automated platforms. Labor regulatory review and compliance (FLSA, etc). Minor responsibility tours include HRIS, Benefits Strategy, and 401k administration with 401k strategy and committee fiduciary responsibilities.
