As Manager of Business Performance Optimization at Lightspeed, I lead the Process Optimization team within our Customer Innovation Hub, with a focus on driving performance across our two core growth engines: EMEA Hospitality and NOAM Retail. Centered on the Implementation, Account Management and Support functions, my work involves uncovering operational inefficiencies, aligning cross-functional efforts, and guiding the design of scalable improvements that elevate both team performance and the customer experience.With a deep understanding of where value is created and where friction exists, I help prioritize initiatives that accelerate our go-to-market execution and support Lightspeed’s broader transformation strategy.
