I speak with engineers to find out about their past companies culture, tech, management, the good, the bad, and the ugly! TOD Intelligence has a team that has specialized in this space for many years, knowing the \'real\' culture allows us to inform our clients (who are our candidates) the best moves for them. At TOD Intelligence we don\'t need to headhunt people to sell them jobs, our network trusts us to give them the lay of the land when they are considering a move, and we have a vast client network in PHP, Javascrip or GoLang that allows us to connect the right talent to the correct opportunity for both parties. We haven\'t reinvented the recruitment wheel, we just do recruitment the way it should be done for candidates not the commission.(I don\'t get paid commission for candidates)

Because I know many companies that ask current employees to review on glassdoor while they are still working and when you\'re in the bubble it\'s easy to write an overly positive review, after you leave people tend to be more honest;) TOD Intelligence has a team that has specialized in this space for many years, knowing the \'real\' culture allows us to inform our clients (who are our candidates) the best moves for them.
