Registered Adult Nurse I\'ve worked specifically with embedding new systems and different digital platforms for Quality and Compliance, Auditing and Risk Management in Healthcare for 6 years. Later, I worked for SSAFA Forces in garrison Military Medical centre managing my own health clinics to newly arriving soldiers. I moved back to the UK July 2010. I have developed many transferable skills from a military environment into my nursing career. Most importantly, I have excellent time management skills and I flourish in highly pressured environments. I am able to prioritise workloads and can manage my case load and team safely and effectively. On my return to the UK, following further higher education and training I worked in hospitals high dependency units and acute admissions. Developing my emergency and assessment skills. My career later moved into Geriatric Assessment, High Dependency, Acute Admissions, District and Male High security prisons for primary care services and emergency response roles. My area of focus was cardiac and respiratory case loads. Later moving in residential and nursing care, Elderly, Dementia and Neurological Care which lead me into quality improvement and Compliance management in senior leadership positions.
