ABOUT STACEY HEMMING

Registered Adult Nurse I\'ve worked specifically with embedding new systems and different digital platforms for Quality and Compliance, Auditing and Risk Management in Healthcare for 6 years. From individual home level to whole group integration. Nourish, RADAR, Camascope, Powerbi, painchek, PCS(limited). Compliance monitoring, reporting, training, roll out, project management, data security certificate, mentorship and training. Mid/senior leadership position. Knowledge and experience of managing change, quality improvement processes, and site turnaround. RCN Accreditation Learning and Development Representative Career History: Prior to working for the NHS and various private healthcare environments I worked at NATO ARRC in Germany in G1 sect as an compassionate liaison for 4 years. This role was primarily administrative but consisted of providing first contact information and referrals to social and welfare departments to newly arriving British families and Soldiers within the garrison. Later, I worked for SSAFA Forces in garrison Military Medical centre managing my own health clinics to newly arriving soldiers. I moved back to the UK July 2010. I have developed many transferable skills from a military environment into my nursing career. Most importantly, I have excellent time management skills and I flourish in highly pressured environments. I am able to prioritise workloads and can manage my case load and team safely and effectively. On my return to the UK, following further higher education and training I worked in hospitals high dependency units and acute admissions. Developing my emergency and assessment skills. My career later moved into Geriatric Assessment, High Dependency, Acute Admissions, District and Male High security prisons for primary care services and emergency response roles. My area of focus was cardiac and respiratory case loads. Later moving in residential and nursing care, Elderly, Dementia and Neurological Care which lead me into quality improvement and Compliance management in senior leadership positions.
