ABOUT STACEY FOX
I qualified into the general litigation team in July 2023. I have since moved to BTO solicitors and I am currently in the Criminal and Health and Safety / Regulatory team. Our team are ranked as Band 1 in the Legal 500 and Chambers for Health and Safety and Band 1 in Chambers and Band 2 in the Legal 500 for Crime. I am currently involved in a wide variety of general criminal cases, corporate crime, Health and Safety, together with dealing with some civil cases.I have appeared in courts across Scotland representing clients. I have drafted a variety of legal documents in my civil practice and have personally dealt with summary applications, petitions, ordinary actions and simple procedure claims. I have held a restricted practicing certificate since I was in the first year of my traineeships.I have worked with privately funded clients as well as insured clients.I have strong interpersonal skills and can work both individually and as part of a team. I have strong problem solving skills and use my legal research skills to keep up to date with any updated case law within Criminal, Health and Safety and Civil law.
