After working in higher education, I began my career in social impact marketing at 42 Silicon Valley, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to coding education.My passion for writing and connecting with others eventually led me to Cisco, where I focused on communications and marketing for our Corporate Social Responsibility programs and partnerships. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how increasing access to innovative technology can create meaningful change for people and communities.I have experience crafting content for a global audience on topics including circular economy, community impact, crisis response, cybersecurity, economic empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, employee engagement, environmental sustainability, nonprofits, and supply chain.As a hands-on storyteller, I’ve interviewed people from all walks of life—employees, students, beneficiaries of partner organizations, emerging social entrepreneurs, and CEOs of startups and nonprofits—bringing their experiences to life through compelling narratives.Now, my focus is on environmental sustainability communications. Sustainability is complex, but I’m passionate about creating content that is not only accurate and informative but also inspires action.
