I am a Senior Social Scientist and UX Researcher with deep expertise in mixed-methods research, program evaluation, and data-driven impact. My career has focused on translating complex evidence into actionable insights — whether improving digital tools, strengthening service systems, or advancing justice and equity for under-resourced communities.Currently, I lead user experience research as part of Key Lime Interactive, where I have been fully embedded with a Google team to study the integration of generative AI automation into Google’s ecosystem of tools. My work centers on shaping how GenAI transforms workflows at scale while keeping human needs, trust, privacy, and usability at the forefront. I conduct mixed-methods UX research across critical workflows, partner with product and engineering teams, and translate findings into design guidance that helps technology serve people more effectively.Beyond UX, I continue to build on 15+ years of leadership in social science research and evaluation. As a Senior Scientist with the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) and through my consultancy, Starseed Methods, I lead outcomes-focused research, training, and technical assistance projects in the anti-trafficking sector.
