I own the audit activities globally for Data Privacy, Global Business Services, and Oil & Gas (previous to carveout) at Siemens. I conduct risk assessments, evaluate audit findings, determine appropriate audit cycles, report finding to the Managing Board, institute continuous monitoring programs, and manage stakeholders as a trusted business partner. I train and coach staff with an emphasis on people development. I serve as a \"Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Champion\" for the global audit team.Key Achievements: Championing big picture thinking; I consolidate audit findings into insightful analysis for audit committee and facilitate information sharing across stakeholders to transform risk with effective action plans.
