ABOUT STACEY BURNETT

With over 24 years in the mobility equipment industry—and 9 years in leadership—I’ve built my career around one core purpose: helping people live life more accessibly.As Regional Manager at Motion for the past 6 years, I currently support sales, service, and operations for Motion’s largest location. I’ve led the transformation of this location to achieve operational excellence, sustainable growth, and a strong, people-centered culture. My leadership approach focuses on collaboration, accountability, and creating an environment where both clients and team members thrive.My experience spans administration, sales, and leadership, giving me a deep understanding of how to deliver service excellence and build trusted partnerships. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients in long-term care communities and ensuring Residents in our partner homes receive high-quality, compassionate service.Equally important to me is investing in people. I take pride in mentoring and growing talent, sharing knowledge with my team, and training the next generation of professionals, including occupational therapy students. I\'m also part of a Women in Leadership program, mentoring emerging female leaders across the organization and industry.I hold certifications in Long Term Care Administration and as a Registered Rehabilitation Technology Supplier. I was proud to receive Motion’s Leadership Excellence Award in 2023 and to be named a finalist for the 2024 Canadian HME Woman of the Year Award at CSMC. In 2025, I was honoured to be awarded the Canadian HME Leader of the Year Award by VGM Canada.I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about accessibility, leadership, and making a lasting impact in healthcare and mobility services.
