Navigated agency through the 2018 behavioral health redesign and carve out from the Ohio Dept of Medicaid, worked with Department and payers to identify systemic problems with claims submission / payment and advocated for changes to payment rates / policies to ensure timely payment of services. Oversaw implementation of new electronic health record for business office. Guided agency through a substantive drop in revenue due to the COVID19 pandemic, identified and applied for all federal / state relief funding and was successful in getting full forgiveness of the Payroll Protection Program loan. Also responsible for development of grant applications and administration of all grant revenue.
