I’ve learned over the years that meaningful progress in clinical research always begins with people. My purpose is to bring curiosity into problem solving…ask “why not”, seek clarity, build confidence, and create the connections that allow teams to solve complex challenges together.For nearly three decades in clinical development, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented individuals across global teams, functional areas, and therapeutic fields. Through these experiences, I’ve seen that the most impactful breakthroughs happen when people feel safe to share ideas openly and trust one another to see them through.At Advanced Clinical, my focus is on operational excellence and strategic growth. I strive to be a thoughtful problem solver who leads with curiosity and care. I believe true success comes from building teams that deliver exceptional results while nurturing collaboration, learning, and a shared sense of purpose. When people understand why their work matters, everything else follows: stronger data, deeper partnerships, and ultimately, better outcomes for patients.Sports have also shaped my approach to leadership. Having played at the collegiate level and coaching youth teams for 15+ years, I’ve learned the value of resilience, hard work, and patience. Coaching taught me how to unlock potential in others and lead with empathy and understanding. These lessons continue to guide me every day.Here, I hope to share authentic and meaningful reflections on leadership, innovation, and collaboration and desire to learn from others who are equally committed to leading with purpose, humility, and authenticity.
