A Series B tech company transforming CO₂ into paraffinic and fully formulated fuels - including SAF, ethanol, and methanol - through proprietary catalytic technology.• Built the People function from the ground up as employee #20, supporting growth to 100+ employees across technical, operations, and corporate teams.• Aligned People strategy with business priorities from Series A ($30M) through Series B ($69M), including scale driven by a $65M U.S. Department of Defense contract.• Strategic HR partner to the CEO and executive team.
