Project management activities related to design of the Holtec SMR-300 small modular reactor. Lead Project Manager for Integral and Separate Effects Test program Procurement and contract management of all components required for testing programs. Supplier oversight including the monitoring and managing of contracts for quality and performance. Project Manager for supply chain readiness activities. Support of international projects and business development activities. Manage the overall planning and execution of project activities for all assigned projects in accordance with company policies and procedures. Document and maintain the approved baseline, earned value planning and management, and project execution strategy in a Project Management Plan. Responsible for communicating the project baseline and requirements to my project teams. Proactively identify and achieve resolution of project problems and anticipated challenges, including escalation of issues within the organization when necessary via effective risk and issue management. Provide weekly and monthly status reports focused on project performance, schedule and cost risk mitigations, and issue resolution to project stakeholders.
