   Responsible for leading product teams on Play Console \"developer platform\"- building both features for developers and organizational capabilities for Google Play. It\'s a wide remit across ~50 people that includes: Developer Identity and Accounts - we help create a safe and trusted platform by verifying Google Play’s developers before they can publish on Play Policy - we help well-intentioned developers understand and comply with Google Play policy, while simultaneously protecting users from bad actors through Policy enforcements App and Games Quality - we improve the quality of apps and games on Play (Android Vitals, Privacy and Security, in-app experiences, and more) Publishing - give developers the tools to safely and confidently publish their app across a variety of form factors and platforms, across different audiences ranging private tests to public launches to billions of users We also identify strategic developer segments and deliver higher value through new programs such as the 2021 service fee change to 15%/1st $1M, and unlocking additional features and services for our top game developers with the Google Play Partner Program for Games.
