Created Emerging Leaders Program to equip younger church members to step into leadership. Currently (5th year of program), these younger leaders occupy 46% of church leadership teams (39:84 people serving).• Established new ministry teams to deepen discipleship at recovery homes (Lovelady, Foundry, & Wellhouse) • Oversee 11 Ministry Teams with over 303 members, a 157% increase in engagement.• During COVID, led Zoom & WebEx training and access for 12 (out of 24) Sunday School classes and 15 (out of 30) small groups, maintaining connectivity and fellowship using new online curriculum options. • Built partnership with Chamber of Commerce, creating Community Engagement team of 118 members (church awarded 2018 Member of the Year out of 1,100 members). • Increased new members and current member engagement by facilitating small groups, accessing new curriculum options, and training/equipping new leaders for leadership. • Co-hosted leadership events with Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Vestavia Hills, such as John Maxwell\'s Live2Lead simulcast (20••••22) with 82% attendees from community. • Established new groups and increased engagement among 90 groups and 24 Sunday School classes.• Served on core team for new strategic plan, serving in leadership for 3:4 core areas.
