I work at the intersection of automation, AI, and regulated industries, helping insurance and financial services organizations apply AI responsibly at enterprise scale.At GitLab, I partner with senior leaders across insurance and financial services to imagine how AI and automation can meaningfully improve core business operations across the policy lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, customer service, and distribution. My focus is on moving organizations beyond experimentation by embedding AI into how work gets done while establishing governance that prevents fragmented or uncontrolled adoption.I am frequently engaged as a trusted advisor on GenAI, agentic automation, and intelligent workflows, with a particular emphasis on operating in highly regulated environments.
