I lead security operations including guard deployment, CCTV monitoring, access control, and visitor management, and also supervise housekeeping, gardening, cafeteria hygiene, and employee welfare. I support HR with onboarding, ID cards, uniforms, and orientation, while managing corporate travel, transport planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting. My role also includes audits, fire drills, safety checks, and risk assessments to improve preparedness and prevent losses. I create SOPs, emergency protocols, and compliance measures, and coordinate workplace events and activities to provide a secure, efficient, and supportive environment for everyone.
