I build custom monitoring systems and annual outcomes evaluations across CFPIC\'s 9 programs and 4 strategic pillars, to ensure both alignment with CFPIC\'s strategic plan, and to cultivate and support an environment of organizational learning and continual growth, as CFPIC\'s inaugural internal evaluator. Supporting CFPIC\'s role as an intermediary who works with public Human Service agencies and their partners to enhance their capacity to pursue transformative change, I utilize blended evaluation, including, but not limited to, Results-Based Accountability, Appreciative Inquiry, and Culturally-Responsive Evaluation, often also incorporating principles of Equitable Evaluation, and Youth Participatory Action Research, while prioritizing community input and lived expertise.
